She will go over the basics of the program as well as some of the more common questions that we receive about it.
The biggest take-away is that this program is meant to help you make healthy lifestyle changes and be tailored to you and your specific needs. There is no “name” of the program, it is not Adkins, Medifast, Weight Watchers, or any other generic plan. The basis of the program is a ketogenic diet and from there we customize it to YOU and YOUR needs!
